In this 4-hour session, participants will be exposed to 3 main methods to bake macarons using French, Swiss & Italian meringue. Accompanying the intense practical session will be a short theory session complete with notes.
Participants will be learning the following:-
Chocolate Macarons using french meringue filled with chocolate hazelnut filling.
Pistachio Macarons using swiss meringue filled with wasabi white chocolate & pistachio filling.
Raspberry Macarons using italian meringue filled with raspberry dark chocolate ganache.
