Macarons are notorious for being difficult to replicate at home. In this workshop, Chef Amy will share the secrets to successful macarons unrelentingly. Not only that, the recipes taught in the class will be stable enough for you to replicate in all situations.
Participants will also learn to dye the macaron batter in the most efficient manner to achieve 4 different colours plus fill them up with 2 distinct flavours to die-for: Salty Caramel & Rose Custard.
Aside from being immersed in the interaction with the chef, participants can also get a chance to bond with people of their same interest group as they work in pairs. The synergy of the chef & collaborative work of the participants will lead to the road of success as each will bring home 20 pieces filled macarons.

Our instructor for this workshop is Chef Amy,
A passionate Baker, Chef Amy started pursuing her interest since her early twenties, going as far as Houston and France to master the art of baking. Upon returning to Singapore, Amy started her career with established hotels and prominent culinary schools and also contributing much to the pastry & chocolate industries. Chef Amy is now an experienced Baking Instructor, teaching many young students to become bakers themselves.
