Join us and discover how to make this impressive looking dessert made with thin layers of chocolate crepes filled with delectable layers of chocolate cream & raspberry mousse.
You will be led to the tricks of frying the chocolate crepes to perfection with a well balanced recipe. All know it is never easy to judge the doneness of a chocolate product so here we are to share the dos & don’ts. Participants will also have a chance to frost the crepe cake with 2 distinct fillings : Chocolate & raspberry that will complement each other well.
*Students will get to bring back half a Crepe Cake:)
