In this 3 hrs workshop, our students will learn how to work with your ingredients, the basic baking and frosting techniques with point to point instructions and personal guidance from the instructor!

Chocolate Fudge Cake
A moist chocolate cake covered with the most irresistibly rich chocolate fudge. In this lesson, our students will get to learn the different chocolate used in this recipe and why we use them. Discover the right way to melt the chocolate and to make the chocolate ganache. Chef Chloe will also impart the basic techniques to frosting the whole cake!

Our residential baking instructor, Miss Chloe Lim, is an audaciously fun-loving baker and entrepreneur that graduated from Shatec. Having gained much experience as business owner of a café and a baking shop. Chloe have been featured in various magazine and news media such as the New Generation of 20Something Bakers in Sunday Times, Sunday Life! in 2013.
