In this two and a half hours hands-on workshop you will learn basic baking techniques for Choux Pastry, know more about your ingredients as you start from scratch and find out the secret of making a really rich Durian Mousse!
During the workshop, Chef Sally & Chef Saffire, our residential baking instructor will provide you with personel guidance & interesting tidbits on baking pastries!
